Lunches when we are out on the trail, the water, or the road
Sandwiches
Your choice of Tuna, PBJ, or something else. Served with fruit and maybe chips and a drink.
River Cruise Pita
When you're out on the boat it's always nice to have a handy meal. It might be a pita sandwich, or cheese and crackers and veggies and hummus, or something else entirely!
On the Road
And sometimes it's everybody's choice to stop in a nearby sandwich shop on the way from one trail to the next...
At the Lodge
When we can't be out of doors... lunch is served in the lodges!
Pasta
Penne aglio e olio, with fresh garlic, herbs & cheese, topped with basil... or maybe just mac and cheese?
Ravioli
Cheese or mushroom ravioli, tossed in sage brown butter sauce with parmesan
Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Pan seared to a perfect melt, served with fruit and veggies
Hot Diggety Dog
Kosher hot dog, pan seared whole or split. Served with healthy stuff to make up for the indulgence.
